Don’t buy from this retailer if not visiting the store. For those that don’t want to read a Jane Austin novel, the short is I purchased 6 suits to be delivered to the UK, quality was terrible and they won’t take refunds despite their public policy. Bottom line, you will not get your money back… For the material and fit of the suits, they were not as described or explained via the customer support team. I was ensured everything was a classic fit, both jackets and trousers but what was received was an utter shambles in both material and construction, I’m honestly not sure what body shape these are meant to fit. To be specific, jackets were tiny and the trousers where unfinished and tight through the leg. However, the real issue is that they ignored my refund. I shipped everything back the day after it arrived and Zed By won’t take it from customs, avoiding all communications from the logistics provider. Scam artist behaviour.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS SITE, if you get the wrong size they’ll promise to give you a refund and when you send the item back they’ll refuse to receive the item through customs meaning your item is then returned back to you and when I contacted them again about the refund they completely ignored my messages. Also the quality is poor! DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!!

It's a bit chaotic place and it doesn't like as an artisan's boutique. Nevertheless, they have good suits and shirts, the prices are really competitive and the quality is good. The ratio quality/price is extremely high. Furthermore, they have shirts with very particular shapes. If you like the vintage English style, such as Peaky blinders, it's the perfect place for you. I turned around for half Paris and half Milan to find a shirt with the CLUB COLLAR (the one with round angles) and here I found many different types of them. I bought a 3p suit,paid the duty of £24..and some change, too be told l need to pay an additional £70...for dpd to deliver my item. I wouldn't recommend a friend

ZedBy truly is the best! High quality clothes delivered internationally so fast you wouldn't even believed it. I personally ordered a suit to be delivered to Charlotte, NC from their store in France and I received it the next day! I am mind blown by the quality of the service!
